Modern Taolu, Traditional Taolu, and Tai Chi
Practitioners have the opportunity to showcase their art and skills by performing a form or routine within our Modern, Traditional or Tai Chi sections.
Formwork and routines exemplify the different Kung Fu Wushu styles.

Sanda Kickboxing
The combat oriented discipline of Sanda incorporates the strikes and throws seen in Kung Fu Wushu on the Lei Tai - a raised platform with no sides.
With controlled (no head contact) and full contact options - competitors can test their skills against their peers.
We will also have our classic King of Sanda Cup - the openweight full contact division.
