World Tai Chi and Qi-Gong Day

World Tai Chi and Qi-Gong Day (WTCQD), from 2019 onwards, will be hosted around New Zealand by the New Zealand Kung-Fu Wushu Federation.  WTCQD was founded by American ‘Bill Douglas’ [email protected].  It is an annual event held the last Saturday of April each year to promote the related disciplines of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong in over sixty countries since 1999.  The mission of this multinational effort is on-going, to expose people to the growing body of medical research related to traditional Chinese medicine and direct them to teachers in their home towns.
