Membership Categories
Constituent Member - Open to all Sport and Traditional Kung-Fu Wushu Clubs. All students covered - $60 per yr - 1 vote
Constituent Members are clubs and organisations that teach and practice Kung-Fu Wushu, who have members able and willing to participate in Kung-Fu Wushu competitions and events. Only Constituent Members can vote at General meetings, where each has one vote. Kung-Fu Wushu refers to all contemporary (sport) and traditional Chinese martial arts and their associated sports and artforms; including Sport Wushu Taolu, Sport Wushu Sanda, Traditional Kung-Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, and Health-Related Internal Arts such as Qi-Gong.
Associate Member - Open to all Non- Kung-Fu Wushu Clubs. All students covered - $30 per yr - No vote
Associate Members refers to clubs and organisations who are not eligible to become Constituent Members. This membership category is mostly for Combat/ Fight Clubs such as UFC, MMA, Kickboxing, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Ju-Jitsu, which enables such clubs to participate in the Federation’s Sanda events.
Individual Member - Open to any Individual - $10 per yr - No vote
Individual Members are individual people and open to individuals from Sport or Traditional Kung-Fu Wushu Clubs or not belonging to any club. Unless otherwise exempted, Individual Membership is not available to active teachers of Sport or Traditional Kung-Fu Wushu Clubs.
Cultural Member - Open to all Chinese Cultural & Health Groups. All members covered - $10 per yr - No vote
Cultural Members are clubs and organisations who promote Chinese culture through activities such as Lion, Dragon or Kung-Fu Dance or Traditional Chinese Medicine and Healing Arts such as Acupuncture, Acupressure, and Qi-Gong.
