International Wushu Federation Events
There are 5 supreme World Wushu Events administered by the International Wushu Federation
1. World Wushu Championships (contemporary forms and fighting)
2. World Junior Wushu Championships (contemporary forms and fighting)
3. World Kung-Fu Championships (traditional kung-fu forms and weapons)
4. World Taijiquan Championships (contemporary and traditional forms and weapons)
5. World Sanda Cup (contemporary Chinese boxing)
Wushu is also included in the Asian Games, East Asian Games, South Asian Games, South East Asian Games, Mediterranean Games, World Games and SportAccord World Combat Games. Wushu is currently seeking inclusion in the African, Pacific, Commonwealth and Olympic Games. Each IWUF Continental Federation and Member Country also organises their own wushu championships and events.
