CONSTITUTION
The Federation's Constitution was re-written and approved under the Federation's new name "Kung-Fu Wushu New Zealand Incorporated" (KWNZ) referred to in the KWNZ Constitution as "The Society"; by members at the December 2025 AGM and subsequently re-registered with the Incorporated Societies under the new 2022 Act on 3 February 2026.
